Prior to joining VDE Verband der Elektrotechnik Elektronik Informationstechnik e.V., Sven was the Portfoliomanager at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen from April 2016 to March 2017, and before that, they were the Product Manager from December 2013 to April 2016. Sven also worked as a Senior Project Manager - Quality at Quality First Engineering GmbH from July 2011 to December 2013, and as the Head Quality Management & Technical Documentation at Adler Pelzer Group from August 2004 to July 2011.
Sven Fastbinder pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1997 to 1999, they attended Technische und berufliche Fachoberschule Bochum, where they studied Graphics and Design and obtained a Fachabitur degree. Subsequently, they enrolled at TU Dortmund University, where they studied Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, earning an Engineer degree which they completed in the years 2000 to 2005.
