VDM Metals produces a comprehensive range of high-performance materials consisting of sheet and plate, strip, wire, rod and bar, pre-material for tube production, welding consumables, shapes, forged parts and powder of nickel, cobalt and zirconium alloys as well as special stainless steels. However, this is far from all: In addition to exceptional materials, we offer you a wide range of world class services, ranging from classical hire work, practical technical advice and worldwide, prompt deliveries from our Service Centers to materials development in a joint research and development project.

Our materials are able to withstand heavy mechanical, thermal and chemical stresses, sometimes all three simultaneously. They often assist in bringing new ideas and concepts into reality. In this way, our alloys create possibilities for future-oriented, resource-saving and environmentally-friendly construction and solutions.

Today, our company is one of the world's leading suppliers of materials in all semi-finished forms. From its headquarters in Werdohl, Germany, the VDM Metals Group employs about 2,000 people worldwide. VDM Metals ist part of the Acerinox Group.
