Chad Dager

Chad Dager currently serves as the Director of Mechanical Fabrication and previously held the roles of Quality Control Manager and Project Manager at VEC, Inc. since July 2013. Prior to this, Chad gained experience as a valet and golf course employee at Youngstown Country Club and worked as a busser at Olive Garden, where responsibilities included service tasks and employee training. Chad completed a Civil Engineering internship at Gerhart Engineering, where contributions included designing a storm water drainage plan and client communications. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University, successfully passing the Fundamentals of Engineering exam during studies from September 2008 to May 2013.
