Jeff Barber has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Jeff started their career in 1990 as an SSGT in the USMC, where they served until 1999. In 1999, they joined Gulfstream Aerospace as a Service Center Lead Technician, responsible for leading a team performing maintenance work on aircrafts. In 2001, they joined VEC, Inc. as the Vice President of Systems Integrators, where they managed a team of 12 in-house and up to 50 field personnel. In 2015, they became the Executive Vice President of Projects at VEC, Inc., overseeing project execution, team collaboration, and financial outcomes.

Jeff Barber, RCDD, pursued their education from 1995 to 1998 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, specializing in the general field of study.
