German Iaryczower has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles within the telecommunications industry. German is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Vecima Networks Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner - Executive Operations at TechCXO, where they provided fractional and interim executive services to growth and hyper-growth companies. German also held the position of SVP of Sales, Americas Home Networks at CommScope. German has extensive experience with CommScope, having served as SVP and GM of Broadband Home Solutions, SVP & General Manager of DOCSIS CPE Products, SVP of Sales in the Caribbean and Latin America, VP of Sales in the Caribbean and Latin America, Director of Sales in the Caribbean and Latin America, and VP of Sales. Throughout their career, German has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving growth and success in the telecommunications sector.

German Iaryczower earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Florida International University in the period from 1989 to 1993. In 2015, they also completed the SCTE - Tuck Executive Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
