Jose Alison

Jose Alison has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Vecima Networks Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jose held multiple positions at CNH Industrial, including Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor with a focus on process improvements, new product launch support, workplace integration, project management, and leading the Autonomous Maintenance Pillar. Jose has also worked as Production/Process Manager at Nikkoshi, implementing lean manufacturing practices and integrated systems for ISO 9001 and 14001, and as Supplier Quality Engineer at Hitachi Computer Products, specializing in Total Quality Management and supplier quality assurance. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines.
