Ray Rodriguez

Ray Rodriguez has over four decades of experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Lab Manager at Vecima Networks Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this role, Ray spent 27 years at Nokia as Lab Manager, overseeing telecommunications research and development. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Engineer for NATO telecom contracts at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Test Engineer at ITT Telecom for a NATO telecom project. Ray also contributed as a Senior Technical Instructor, developing and teaching courses on digital fundamentals and programming. Ray's career began in the United States Air Force, where duties as a Staff Sergeant included maintaining radio relay equipment and leading installation teams.
