Scott Edmonds

Scott Edmonds is an Independent Director with extensive experience serving on both public and private boards across various industries, including startups and large corporations. They have held significant roles such as Board Chair, Lead Independent Director, and Audit Committee Chair, contributing to numerous M&A transactions and financing efforts. Scott's previous positions include Area Director at The Walt Disney Company and CEO at Webtech Wireless Inc., among others. Currently, they serve as an Advisory Board Member at STEMCELL Technologies and Lead Independent Director at Vecima Networks Inc., while also participating in management consulting through Leyden Hill Inc. Scott completed the Executive Development Program from Kellogg Executive Education and holds a degree in Finance & Economics from Bishop's University.
