Walter Warren has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Walter started their career in 1986 as an Engineering Manager at Warren & Goodin, Inc. where they managed architectural staff and provided structural and MEP engineering services. In 2016, they joined Vecino Group as an Engineer, where they worked on LIHTC, historic renovation, and new construction projects, totaling approximately $50 million. Walter also served as the Vice President of Engineering, leading the transition to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and driving the adoption of designs for on-site EV charging and solar energy production. Additionally, Walter was a Partner at BW Architecture & Engineering, LLC, where they worked on residential development projects in New York, ensuring they meet green building program requirements. Outside of their professional roles, Walter also served as President of GOBSA, a non-profit organization, implementing changes to meeting style and location, planning fundraisers, and implementing an online ticketing system.

Walter Warren's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being a Professional Engineer (PE) in Nevada, Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona, Kentucky, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, New York, Utah, Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and New Mexico.
