Joseph Lynch

Joseph Lynch has a diverse work experience in robotics and software engineering. From 2020 onwards, they have been working at Vecna Robotics as a Senior Robotics Software Engineer and Technical Lead. Prior to this, they worked as a Robotics Software Engineer at the same company from 2018 to 2020. Joseph also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northeastern University from 2018 to 2020, where they worked on various robotic projects and collaborations. Joseph worked as an Embedded Systems Co-op at the Human Engineering Research Laboratories from 2016 to 2018, where they developed a Physical Activity Monitoring System for wheelchair users. Joseph also had internships as a Software Engineer at Hydroid, Inc. in 2016 and at Follett School Solutions in 2015, where they gained experience in developing software for autonomous underwater vehicles and web-based systems respectively.

Joseph Lynch completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh between 2013 and 2018. Joseph then pursued a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Robotics - Computer Engineering at Northeastern University from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they also attended The Gordon Institute of Engineering Leadership at Northeastern University, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
