Michael Bearman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael started their career as a Coach at Auburn Middle School from 1994 to 1996. Michael then worked as a Law Clerk at the National Archives and Records Administration from 1998 to 1999. From 2000 to 2003, Bearman worked as an Attorney at McKenna Long & Aldridge.

In 2004, Bearman joined Vecna Technologies as the General Counsel and later became the Vice President in 2006. Michael then served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2018.

Bearman also had various roles at Vecna Robotics, starting as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel from 2018 to 2022. Michael then became the Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for investor relations, strategic partnerships, and day-to-day operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Customer Officer, managing customer deployment and support teams and ensuring the successful adoption of Automated Mobile Robots at large industrial customers.

Throughout their career, Bearman has demonstrated expertise in areas such as finance, human resources, marketing, legal issues, compliance, and negotiating contracts. Michael has also been involved in venture fundraising rounds worth over $100 million.

Michael Bearman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies: China from the University of Washington in 1997. Following this, they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000.
