Mark Hudson has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on sales, customer success, and account management.
Currently, Mark is the Vice President of Customer Acquisition and Customer Success at Vecna since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Phreesia as a Senior Consultant, Client Services from January 2021 to October 2021.
Before joining Phreesia, Mark was the Customer Happiness | Director, Account Management at QueueDr (acquired by Phreesia) from September 2020 to January 2021.
From 2017 to 2020, Mark worked at Sentact as the Director of Client Success. In this role, they oversaw customer success projects, managed accounts, and ensured customer satisfaction. Mark successfully launched the Client Success Department and achieved a 97% customer retention rate.
Before Sentact, Mark held various sales and leadership positions at companies such as Qualaris Healthcare Solutions, Corazon Inc., Verisys Corporation, MedKeeper, Keystone Therapeutics, and Metrocall.
Mark Hudson attended the University of Delaware, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
