Shailendra Sharma has extensive work experience in the engineering and software design field. Shailendra is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Vector Flow since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Quantum Secure, part of HID Global, where they held the position of VP Engineering and R&D from November 2006 to February 2020. Shailendra also worked as a Software Design Architect at Amdocs from December 2005 to December 2006. Before that, they were employed at Lucent Technologies as a Dev Architect from April 2003 to December 2005. Additionally, they also worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Architect at Nortel Networks from December 1996 to April 2003 and as a Staff Software Engineer at Bay Networks from December 1996 to December 1998.
Shailendra Sharma completed their High School education from St. Edward's High School between 1976 and 1985. Shailendra then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Guru Nanak Dev University from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Shailendra Sharma obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2019.
