Matthew Penrose is an experienced executive specializing in the design and implementation of building envelopes, currently serving as Executive Vice President and previously as Vice President for Asia-Pacific at Vector Foiltec since April 2010. Prior roles include General Manager and Sales Director for Asia at Resorts World Sentosa, Assistant Director of Projects and Deputy Zone Director at Universal Studios Singapore, and Director of Technical Services for Asia Pacific at RHEINZINK. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Venturecorp Business, focusing on architectural metalworks, cladding, roofing, and curtain wall systems. Matthew Penrose holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
