Eric Shigley

Eric Shigley has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Eric began their career in various positions at Mears Group, Inc. from 2016 to 2019 before being promoted to General Superintendent from 2019 to 2020. Eric then joined Vector Force Development in 2020 as an Operations Manager and was later promoted to Director of Operations in 2022.

Eric Shigley holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on the general field of study. Eric obtained this degree from Northwest Missouri State University.
