Nick Loizou

Nick Loizou has a diverse work experience in the finance and logistics industries. Nick currently holds the position of Administration Director, Finance at Vector Global Logistics, where they are part of a team focused on providing world-class logistics services with a positive social impact. Prior to this, Nick worked as a Finance Specialist from 2021 to 2022. Nick also served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and owner of Minuteman Press from 2018 to 2021. Nick has also held positions at Barclays, including Vice President in the Strategic Transactions Group (STG) from 2015 to 2018, and Head of Africa Structuring at Barclays Africa Group Limited from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Structured Capital Markets (SCM) at ABSA Capital - Investment Banking from 2005 to 2012.

Nick Loizou has a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc.) in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Nick also has a H. Dip Tax International from the University of Johannesburg, another H. Dip Tax Law from the same university, and a Certificate in Mining Tax from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. In addition, they hold the certification of CA(SA) - CPA Equivalent from the Public Accountants' and Auditors' Board, South Africa.
