Umar Khan

Umar Khan is an experienced project manager specializing in applied AI projects, currently holding the position of Project Manager at Vector Institute since September 2021, where previous roles included Associate Project Manager and involvement in AI Project Management. In addition to this role, Umar Khan is the Founder and Managing Director of Ideas Reshaping Entrepreneurship & Design (IRED), contributing to innovation and entrepreneurship since September 2017. Umar Khan obtained a Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2021, following a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Bates College, completed in 2013.
