Vatea Herman

Vatea joined Vector Laboratories in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. She is working to accelerate the company’s vision to expand through M&A while investing for organic growth. Vatea is a licensed CPA with more than 20 years of experience working with a diverse range of companies. Vatea worked at global public accounting firm KPMG, where she gained vast knowledge through auditing companies in various industries. She most recently consulted with early stage companies including serving as Chief Financial Officer. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University.
