Karen Scott

Karen Scott, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Programme Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing complex projects across health and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Portfolio Management Office at Vector Limited, they lead a team to enhance delivery maturity and governance within the organization. Previously, they held key roles such as Head of Project Portfolio at Partners Life, Head of PMO at Southern Cross Health Society, and Director of the Project Services Office at Waitemata District Health Board, where they established PMOs and directed large-scale initiatives. Their education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computing and Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland. Additionally, they are both PMP and SAFe certified, and serve as a Board Director for a not-for-profit organization focused on art education.
