Paul McCloskey

Paul McCloskey is the General Manager People at Vector Limited, responsible for the design and delivery of the people strategy for the company's electricity, gas, and fibre business units. They previously held several roles within Vector Limited, including Group Manager Teams & Talent and Manager HR Services, where they focused on talent management and generalist HR functions. Prior to joining Vector, Paul worked with Air New Zealand as HR Manager Cabin Crew and in various HR roles, and at SKYCITY as HR Manager Attractions and Support Services, overseeing HR services for a large staff. Paul earned a BA in English and History from the University of Auckland and a Diploma of Business in Employment Relations from the same institution.
