Peter Brown

Peter Brown is a seasoned strategic consultant specializing in human resources, employment relations, and organizational development. They bring a wealth of experience from senior roles in prominent organizations, including roles as Deputy Commissioner at the New Zealand State Services Commission and Group GM at Vector Limited. Peter has successfully led initiatives in organization redesign, talent development, and workforce strategy, drawing on an international perspective from positions with companies such as PepsiCo and Air New Zealand. Currently, Peter is engaged in the Advanced Management Programme at Teachers College of Columbia University, enhancing their expertise in HR and OD.
