Caleb Silver

Caleb Silver is currently a Grad-Assistant Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at William Penn University, where notable coaching achievements include seventeen All-Conference performances, ten conference champions, and one All-American in the steeplechase. In addition to coaching, Silver serves as a Sales Representative for Vector Marketing and has worked as a Service Leader at Hy-Vee, Inc., gaining expertise in retail management and customer service. Silver’s previous experience includes roles as a Marketing Coordinator at Element Exteriors, a student athlete and intern at Central College's Athletics Office, and various positions in agricultural and manufacturing sectors. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Central College and ongoing Master's studies in Sports Management and an MBA at William Penn University.
