Mikayla Flake

Mikayla Flake is currently a District Manager at Vector Marketing, where they focus on developing young individuals in personal, professional, and financial aspects through compassionate leadership. They previously served as a High School Spanish Teacher at Henry County Schools and gained experience as a server at Olive Garden and as an intern at RIMA Strategy. Mikayla has trained hundreds in various skills, contributing to their team's success and earning recognition through the Collegiate DECA program as the National Advisory Board Partner of the Year in 2017. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of North Georgia.
