Dean Bates

Dean Bates has been working in the technology industry since 1998. Dean began their career at Vector Networks LTD, where they were a Development Program Manager. In 2007, they moved to Virtual Network Partners as Head of Technology & Architecture. In 2009, they accepted a position as Systems Analyst at EDI PLC. In 2011, they moved to Vector Networks Europe as Technical Lead EMEA, where they were responsible for managing consulting services to customers and partners across Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2014, they returned to Vector Networks as Marketing Director, where they managed marketing initiatives and reported progress directly to the CEO.

Dean Bates attended Birmingham City University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA. Prior to that, they attended Nottingham Trent University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Software Engineering.
