Joe Dougherty

Joe Dougherty has extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor at Vector Resources, Inc since June 2015, Joe previously completed PhD requirements at Auburn University between June 2014 and May 2015. Prior to that, from June 2006 to June 2014, Joe was the Senior Vice President at the Armed Services Mutual Benefit Association (ASMBA) and the ASMBA STAR Foundation, overseeing day-to-day operations for a global organization serving over 70,000 veterans and their families. Joe also held the role of Deputy Director for the Western Region at AmeriCorps NCCC from December 2004 to June 2006, managing a community service program with a focus on leadership development for young corps members. Education credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration from Auburn University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Baylor University.
