Amanda Vargo

Amanda Vargo has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 1999 at Mellon Financial, they held roles in staffing and operations. Following this, they worked as an HRIS/Comp Analyst at Wexford Health Sources. Amanda then joined BNY Mellon as a Recruiting Ops Manager. Amanda moved to PNC, where they worked in various HR roles including HR Operations Manager, HRIS Manager, and Sr. HR Compliance Program Manager. At Highmark Health, they held the positions of Talent Engagement Partner and Human Resources Shared Services Manager. Most recently, Amanda worked at 84 Lumber as an HRIS Manager and is currently serving as the HR Director of Operations at Vector Security.

Amanda Vargo holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from La Roche University. Amanda also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the American Bankers Association Fraud Certification from the American Bankers Association in 2019.
