Director Of Customer Service at Vector Security

Carol Shin has extensive experience in customer service and support roles. Carol is currently the Director of Customer Service at Vector Security, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Customer Success and Support at Booksy from January 2022 to June 2022. Carol began their career at J.Crew, where they worked as an Analyst/Sales from January 2003 to December 2006.

Carol Shin earned their MBA degree from Yale School of Management in 2010, with a focus on Business. Carol also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology from George Mason University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2005. In addition, they participated in a study abroad program in the Czech Republic through Georgetown University. Carol has obtained a certification in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity from Yale School of Management in the year 2020.
