Jim Rao

Jim Rao has a solid work experience in the security and retail industry. Jim started their career at Monarch Marking Systems as a District Sales Manager and successfully managed a sales team for major retail customers. Then, they joined Sensormatic and held various roles, including managing the Northeast Sales Team and becoming Manager of Video Sales Specialists. During their time at Sensormatic, they achieved significant sales results and became a member of the ADT Team through an acquisition. Lastly, Rao worked at Vector Security as the Director of Video Technology for National Accounts, where they developed and implemented successful video surveillance programs, leading to significant growth for the company.

Jim Rao attended Barrington College from 1972 to 1977 and obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. In 2022, they received a certification in the video management solution from Genetec.
