Josh Ogline

Josh Ogline is an experienced IT professional with a background in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Vector Security since May 2012, Josh monitors and resolves hardware, software, network, and operating system issues while supporting the Mastermind application and a 24-hour alarm monitoring call center. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Senior Analyst at American Eagle Outfitters, providing remote support to over 1,000 locations in a fast-paced call center environment. Josh also gained experience as an Intern Junior Systems Administrator at XpressBet and as a Lab Assistant at California University of Pennsylvania. Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from PennWest California.
