Jim Bowman

Jim Bowman has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and network operations across various roles in multiple organizations. From May 2017 to October 2019, Jim served as the Senior Director of Network Operations and previously as the Director of Engineering and Technical Services at Vector Security Networks. Prior to this, a tenure at the University of Pittsburgh as Director of IT Infrastructure lasted from October 2016 to May 2017. Jim's career also includes significant positions such as Director of Enterprise Infrastructure at Matthews International from September 2010 to October 2016 and Manager of IT Security and Enterprise Infrastructure at Allegheny Energy from March 1997 to September 2010. Earlier in the career, Jim worked as a Senior Network Analyst for the City of Pittsburgh from December 1988 to March 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Management in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Robert Morris University.
