Shane Smith currently serves as Chief of Staff and Controller at Vector Services since April 2021. Prior to this, Shane held the position of Director of FP&A and Project Accountant at Mears Group, Inc. from September 2017 to April 2021. Shane began a professional career at BKD CPAs & Advisors as an Associate and previously as an Intern. Earlier experience includes internships at Northwest Missouri Cellular and summer labor positions at JT Holman Construction and Grade Rite Construction. Shane earned a degree in Public Accounting and Business Economics from Northwest Missouri State University from 2011 to 2015.
