Jason Brady

Jason Brady serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Vector Solutions since 2022. Prior to this role, Jason Brady spent 13 years at Solera Holdings, Inc., holding positions as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, as well as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Jason Brady has also held roles as Vice President and General Counsel at Xenogen Corporation and Director of Legal Affairs - Chief Legal Officer at Abbott Diabetes Care and TheraSense. Earlier in their career, Jason Brady served as General Counsel at Ensera and as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Jason Brady earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA, following education at Woodside Priory School where a High School Diploma was obtained.
