Jeff Chapman

Jeff Chapman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client success, services, and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Vector Solutions since February 2022, Jeff previously held the position of EVP Client Success and Services at Virgin Pulse, where responsibilities included the integration of client success teams from multiple acquired organizations. Prior roles include SVP & GM of Trading & Risk at Enverus, where Jeff launched a new business unit, and positions at Collegis Education, SumTotal Systems, Lawson Software, Liaison Technologies, COMSYS Information Technology Services, Newell Rubbermaid, and LuK. Jeff holds an Executive MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Computer Science from Capital University.
