Michael Fraley has extensive experience in emergency medical services and education, currently serving as a Paramedic at Oneida County EMS since March 2017. Additionally, Fraley has been the RTAC Coordinator for the North Central Regional Trauma Advisory Council since October 2007, overseeing various coordination tasks and project management. Contributions as a Freelance Columnist for EMS1.com began in January 2015, and as a Contract Subject Matter Expert for TargetSolutions since November 2014, Fraley focuses on EMS education. As the Owner of Maroon & White Specialty Services, LLP, since June 2006, and the Regional Manager for Vaccine Distribution with WI DHS from December 2020 to June 2022, Fraley managed critical COVID-19 vaccine efforts across a 15-county region.
