Kalen Wilson P.e.

Kalen Wilson, P.E. is a Principal Engineer at Vector Structural Engineers, where responsibilities include producing structural capacity calculations and assisting in the coordination of structural drawings with CAD technicians. With experience as an Engineering Trainee at NIST, Kalen modeled nonlinear concrete and steel moment frames for performance-based design and conducted dynamic nonlinear analysis. Prior to this, Kalen worked as a Transmission Engineer Intern at PacifiCorp and an Engineering Intern at Ceramatec, Inc., focusing on structural designs and data analysis for various engineering applications. Kalen began the career as an Equipment Operator at Quality Asphalt Paving before earning a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and an Associate’s degree in Pre-Civil Engineering from Northwest College.
