Ben Gregoire

Ben Gregoire is the Director of Special Projects at Vector, where they lead initiatives in course development, proposal writing, and business development while continuing to serve the Profession of Arms. A retired CW5, Ben brings a wealth of experience from their career as an Army Special Operations Aviator, with previous roles in Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare operations, as well as service as a Ranger-qualified Marine Reconnaissance operator. Ben has held leadership positions at the U.S. Army SERE School and has co-founded the McVea Group, focusing on defense consulting and technology integration. Currently, Ben is also pursuing education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
