Wesley Pritchett is a decorated veteran with a strong operational focus and extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Vector since 2024, they previously held various positions including Business Process and Operations Manager at Affirm and Troop Commander for Delta Troop, 2-6 CAV. A founding board member of iPads for Soldiers, Wesley has a commitment to improving the lives of wounded warriors. They earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
