Vector56 helps organisations make better early decisions so ideas create real value, not noise.

In a world of constant change, innovation is everywhere. The challenge is not generating ideas. The challenge is validating them before friction, risk, and late correction set in.

Founded by Chartered Engineer Cristiano Michelena, Vector56 brings structured, human-centred validation into complex environments, particularly across the built environment and AEC sector.

Inspired by international innovation principles and grounded in real project delivery, Vector56 focuses on:

• Reducing decision friction
• Making trade-offs visible
• Validating ideas proportionately
• Embedding structure that enables creativity, not constrains it

The goal is not more innovation.
