Laze Gjorgiev is a Senior Data Engineer at vector8 since August 2024, previously holding roles as a Data Engineer at Joyn GmbH and Intertec.io from September 2022 to August 2024 and September 2021 to September 2022, respectively. Laze has a solid background in developing ETL pipelines using Scala and Spark, data scraping, and back-end service development. Prior to these positions, Laze worked at Elevate Global DOO from March 2019 to September 2021, focusing on ETL processes, autonomous time-series forecasting, real-time data processing in Apache Flink, and integrating microservices. Educationally, Laze holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, completed in 2020.
