Heather Grace is an Operations/Requirements Senior Analyst specializing in Modernization and Futures Capabilities Programs at Planned Systems International, where they enhance the USAF's combat readiness through data analysis and tech integration strategies. Previously, as a Reqs Analyst at the Department of Defense, Heather contributed significantly to joint command and control capabilities, ensuring national security.
