Justin Nelson

Justin Nelson, PMP, serves as the Director of Business Development at VectorCSP since March 2010, overseeing a $10M portfolio of DHS USCG contracts while actively contributing to proposal development efforts. Prior to this role, Justin held positions as Senior Business Development Manager, Business Development Capture Manager, and Program Manager at the same company. Justin's experience also includes working at General Electric as a Controls System Engineer, where responsibilities involved managing control retrofits for gas and steam systems, and at Northrop Grumman Corporation as Engineer II, leading prototype development for naval systems and receiving the Chairman’s Award for Excellence. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Organization and Risk from William & Mary and a BSEE in Control Systems from the University of Virginia.
