Ken Hultman is an accomplished author, applied psychologist, and human factors engineer with over 40 years of experience in personal, interpersonal, team, and organization development, as well as human factors and systems engineering. Having worked with a diverse range of organizations including Fortune 500 companies, medical organizations, and government agencies, they have established a significant presence in academia, with nine published books and over 30,000 article viewings on Academia.edu. Currently, Hultman serves as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at VectorCSP, focusing on the redesign of the U.S. Coast Guard’s fleet of Waterways Commerce Cutters.
