At VectorGen, our mission is to unlock the full potential of gene therapy by building a next-generation lentiviral delivery system—one designed from the ground up for both safety and effectiveness. Our proprietary “A-Frame” platform represents a quantum leap in gene delivery technology, solving the longstanding challenges of genomic disruption, replication incompetence, and limited payload capacity. We are pioneering a modular, CRISPR-enhanced vector that can selectively target, integrate, and express therapeutic genes with unprecedented precision, including in hard-to-transfect tissues.

As proof of concept, we are deploying our platform in service of one of the world’s most urgent unmet needs: an eradicating cure for HIV. Our lentivector is designed to deliver site-specific gene payloads and immunologic constructs that restore patients to HIV-negative status (seroreconversion)—a true functional cure.
