Chuck Rogers

Chuck Rogers has a solid work experience in the field of Information Technology. Chuck is currently employed at Redpanda Data as an Information Technology Engineer since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Coupa Software where they held the roles of Systems Administrator from September 2021 to October 2022, and Information Technology Specialist from January 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Coupa Software, they worked at Yapta as an Information Technology Services Specialist from October 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they managed and modernized IT resources for a startup, implemented Filewave Management Suite, and JumpCloud.

Chuck also worked at WildTangent as an Information Technology Services Specialist from September 2012 to September 2017. During their time there, they provided helpdesk support, reduced deployment times using automation tools, and maintained WSUS servers.

In addition, Chuck worked at Silicon Valley Research Group as an Information Technology Technician from October 2006 to September 2010, where they provided technical support for a small business.

Lastly, they gained experience as a Technical Support Intern at Bellevue College from September 2008 to March 2009.

Chuck Rogers obtained their high school diploma from Sammamish High School, completing their education there from 2001 to 2006. Chuck then pursued further education at Bellevue College from 2006 to 2010, earning an Associate in Arts degree in IT/Technical Support. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Microcomputer Support Specialist from Bellevue College. In terms of additional certifications, Chuck obtained the Linux+ certification from CompTIA in May 2012, followed by the LPIC-1 certification from the Linux Professional Institute in the same month and year. Chuck also obtained the Network+ certification from CompTIA in July 2011. Most recently, in December 2021, they became an Okta Certified Professional.
