Daisuke Kobayashi

Support Engineer

Daisuke Kobayashi has worked in the tech industry for over a decade. Daisuke began their career in 2008 as a Support Engineer at Oracle, where they worked for four years. Daisuke then joined Cloudera in 2012, where they held roles as a Premier Support Engineer, Backline Customer Operations Engineer, and Customer Operations Engineer. In 2022, they joined Redpanda Data as a Support Engineer, a role they still hold today. During their time at Oracle, they developed troubleshooting skills and communication skills with customers, and worked in Orlando, Florida from 2010 to 2010.

Daisuke Kobayashi obtained their Master's degree in Kansei Engineering from Shinshu University in 2008, after having studied there from 2006.
