Darran Cooke has worked in the IT industry since 2001, starting as a Computer Operator at EDS Group. In 2004, they began working for Fujitsu as a Computer Operator and then progressed to a Service Delivery Manager, Practice Manager, Deputy Team Leader, and Technology Delivery Manager. In 2014, they joined Fujitsu UK and Ireland as a Service Manager and Transition Manager. In 2015, they began working for Cloudera as a Customer Success Manager, EMEA Leader - Customer Success, and Head of Customer Success & Adoption - EMEA. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Redpanda Data as a Customer Success Manager.
Darran Cooke attended BRJ from 1986 to 1993. Darran has obtained various certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice, including ITIL EXPERT, ITIL Managing across the life cycle, ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle Continual Service Improvement, ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle Service Design, ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle Service Operation, ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle Service Strategy, and ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle Service Transition.
