They previously held senior legal roles at CrowdStrike and Appirio, successfully negotiating high-value agreements and managing legal teams. David began their legal career as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where they gained extensive experience in intellectual property transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Educated at Duke University School of Law, David has been recognized for their contributions to pro bono work and is a member of The L Suite, a peer community for Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels.
