Mo Chang

Mo Chang has a long and varied career in design and engineering. From 2004-2022, they have worked for companies such as Visual Sciences Inc. (formerly Websidestory Inc.), Middlebury College, Global Travel, Teague, Artefact, frog, Google, HashiCorp and Redpanda Data. Her roles have included Professional Services Engineer, Programmer/Report Specialist, Freelance Web Designer, Interaction Design Intern, Design Research Intern, Interaction Designer, Interaction Designer II, User Experience Designer, Senior UX Designer, UX Manager, and Senior Product Design Manager. In 2013, they also served as an Entrepreneur, working on the early stage development of two start-ups.

Mo Chang attended Middlebury College from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science and Economics. Mo then pursued a Master of Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2011, with a focus in Interaction Design, Design Research and Design Strategy. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Illinois Tech Stuart School of Business from 2008 to 2011.
