Shane Weber is currently the Director of Technical Support at Redpanda Data. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, Shane served as Sr. Manager of Support Engineering at HashiCorp, where they managed a remote team, developed onboarding plans, and mentored associates. Shane's earlier experience includes roles in information technology management and software engineering across several companies, including Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory, Huron Consulting Group, and Cerner Corporation. Shane earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri Western State University in 2009.
