Stephan Dollberg's work experience includes:

- Performance Engineer at Redpanda Data since April 2023.

- Software Engineer at G-Research from October 2017 to March 2023.

- Systems Engineer at Cloudflare, Inc. from April 2016 to September 2017, where they implemented the HTTP Rate Limiting product, created an automatic analysis and retrieval system, and coordinated and deployed software releases.

- Software Eng. Intern at CERN from February 2014 to July 2014, where they developed cluster automation tools, improved server management tools, and configured cluster infrastructure.

- Software Eng. Intern at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH from August 2012 to February 2013, where they developed a software gateway and integrated a toolchain into an Eclipse plugin.

Stephan Dollberg obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich in 2014. Stephan continued their education at ETH Zürich and earned their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology in 2016.
